WHAT TO BRING:
-- Dress is casual. Bring a chair if you wish to sit during the 30-minute service.
-- Kneepads will be very useful, or a pillow, or garden pad, or something to kneel on as you write.
SCHEDULE:
6 a.m. -- Streets close, everyone begins to arrive.
-- Shuttle service from the high school (413 North Lee St.) only for people unable to walk. Passenger drop-off behind the BB&T glass tower.
6:30 a.m. -- Service begins
7 a.m. -- Service Ends
-- Representatives of each church pick up chalk and Scripture sheets. They will be near the stage.
-- Walk to your book area, get Scripture sheet and chalk, find numbered sidewalk tile and write
-- Shuttle service for handicapped people back to WHS
7:30 a.m. -- Most writing will likely be done. Please feel free to walk, or help others write, or leave.
8 a.m. -- All writing will likely be done. Walk, read, write and enjoy fellowship.
9 a.m. -- Streets will begin to open up for local church traffic.
10 a.m. -- All streets will be open to vehicle traffic.
5 p.m. -- We will begin erasing the document. (Volunteers are needed - contact us!)
